In a perfect world all my kids would be ecstatic for the kid who has a birthday. In a perfect world, they would insist on the birthday kid getting the first piece of cake and ice cream rather than begging for it themselves. In a perfect world they would let the darn birthday kid enjoy their presents rather than trying to play with them, and when finding out they can't, sit and whine like stinking brats. But that's in a perfect world.My morning has been filled with all of the above, however, rylee DID get her cake and ice cream first and Rylee IS playing with her toys. It's a crying shame the other three can't hit their mute buttons for an hour while Rylee enjoys things. But that's only in a perfect world.
This was promptly followed with, "HA-HA! It's Dora and it's MINE!"

In case I've confused you with the date, I do know that today is technically not Rylee's birthday, her birthday is Tuesday, but when Drey has to be on the bus at 7:05 a.m., Sage and Zoe have to be on the bus at 8:10 a.m., and Ty leaves for work at 9:30 a.m., well, that doesn't leave us much time to enjoy Rylee's birthday now does it? Thought I'd throw this picture in for good measure. The girls wore these cheerleading outfits to Sage's football game last Sunday and came home and wore them during the Pittsburgh game.
